The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom

Dear Sirs

1. I refer you to my email to the Court of Appeal attached: ToCourtofAppeal38DegreesccCenLonCtyCrtJudiciaryPritiPatelHomeSecretary8Oct2021.docs which has not received a response that I am aware of.

2. I submit in my arguments to expedite this matter, as follows:

END OF THE TRUTH-SEARCH THROUGH TRUTH-ACCOMMODATION

I had said to the State authorities a couple of years ago that ‘My name is Bond, alias James Bond’ 007, on His/Her Majesty’s Secret Service on Special Assignment to conduct an investigation of the State of the Planet and deal with the failures in management strategies that have placed the Earth at a position of impending doom. Today, I have no reason to discount what I had said then. I have examined the nooks and crannies of humanity over the past 24 years following an 18 year period of researches in Agricultural Development and Environmental Sustainability.

It is quite evident that God is concerned about the future of mankind and the Planet and has protected me over this period to get to this point where I have survived in relative comfort and freedom to now conduct my future activities in the sphere of Climate Change issues. This I will do within the Foundation that I have set up and named ‘The Conservative Libertarian Society’ https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com. My life does not end here. It is just the beginning now that I am fortified with accurate knowledge of God and our existence on this planet. We cannot dissociate ourselves from God. He has his unassuming and mysterious ways of getting things done.

So, what does the future hold for me. I have still not received the final decision of the legal authorities to my Claim E35YM660 that I submitted an Appeal under an Appellant’s Notice on last week. It is clear to me that since I had to collect my prescription medications from Boots the Chemists yesterday of risperidone, sertraline and depakote, that I have not secured my reputation as a sane person who only ever wished to do good in the most philanthropic manner possible, namely, to have a mission to generate ‘Knowledge for World Conservation’. If I have gone wrong in this the Court must let me know. Judgment has to be entered. It is in all our interests that this is done. There is no other way to proceed.

3. Kindly let me know what the legal position is as I am still owed an estimated £1 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury.

Yours sincerely

 ALL APPLICATIONS

All appellant’s notices will be accepted in the first instance on the basis that they may be rejected at a later date for want of jurisdiction.

Fresh applications for permission to appeal must include:

    a completed appellant’s notice (form N161);

    grounds of appeal on a separate sheet;

    an undertaking to pay the appropriate court fee via your PBA account, a completed Help with Fees form (EX160) or by contacting the *RCJ Fees Office (see attached);

    A transcript of judgment should also be provided if available (or should be ordered immediately).

Once an appellant’s notice has been filed, the Practice Direction 52C which supplements Part 52 of the Civil Procedure Rules, sets out time limits for filing further documents, including a core bundle with skeleton argument within 14 days.  Time runs from the date of filing and not the date the sealed appellant’s notice is received from the court.

Once the appellant’s notice is issued, all queries should continue to be emailed to the following addresses:

Civilappeals.cmsc@justice.gov.uk
