1. Over the past few years I must have applied for 100 jobs directly or indirectly including to Clarke Shoes that you had enquired about but there is a consistent pattern of prevarication and denial of any employment opportunities for me, especially from the leading Supermarkets of the United Kingdom like ASDA (it has this evening offered me a Cleaners job alert when I have a Phd), BP, Tesco and Sainsburys. The last three times I worked at were for Sainsburys two years ago, then Tesco a year or so ago and BP last winter. I have accordingly stopped applying for jobs as it is a pointless waste of my time to do so. I withdrew from ALDI today having fully read its job description that it required staff to work at a faster pace than the other major Supermarkets and with my mental health and age issues it was just not viable for me to pointlessly go to a Practical Assessment on the 7 of July at 8.00 am.
2. Furthermore, I have yet to receive clarification from the Medway County Court or Kent Police on the allegations of me having harassed Katrina Sale of the Conservative and Unionist Party and staff of BLM Law including Orla Scanlan who issued a Pre-action Protocol on me to issue simultaneous proceedings at the High Court against me, so with these uncertainties I am lying low until I hear from BLM Law, from Medway County Court on the attached proceedings:ToMedCtyCrtIntCrimCrtKentPolice(Proceedings Update Please)J00ME572,.and from the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the complaint attached: FrGraceGarande(InfoRights)LegalOmbudsman28Jun2022.docx.

I do not have a Case Number yet assigned to the complaint against BLM Law and Orla Scanlon by the Legal Ombudsman which from the silence of the Solicitor's Regulation Authority is the firs port of call for complaints against Law Firms and solicitors, unless I am mistaken in this. The information I have is that the SRA Case reference number 49973. I hope this helps in progressing the complaint further, for it is needed for the Full Particulars of Claim. I have spent some time this afternoon examining the documents that you have sent as attached FrLegalOmbudsman(InformationRights)22June2022, and will redraft my Particulars of Claim raising questions as they come up, but it would not be possible for me to do so within the 30 day period that you say that the material would be available to me through Egress. Kindly extend this period of availability to 6 months at the very least.
In looking through the materials I found unless I missed it that there is no mention of BLM Law and Orla Scanlan who the Solicitor Regulation Authority was examinint and it said that they might take 35 -45 days before issuing me with their considered response to the complaint against BLM Law. Please clarify that the Legal Ombudsman is not investigating this Law Firm for unethical conduct of proceedings under Claim J00ME372 of Medway County Court and that the case is solely with the Solicitors Regualation Authority.The following details would be relevant to assess by the relevant legal authorities as I did not get a reply from any of the parties to whom the email was sent.
